Chuck,

Please circulate the configuration document to your staff. This document contains the errors corrected and the new features added to the machine for BUILD #2. The machine in the applications lab is configured as BUILD #2.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

The Auto Focus function was reported to be not working today during the customer demo. We found that the reason for this is that the lens was focused to the cutting table and then this value was entered through the auto focus lens distance entry menu. It is okay for the user to focus the lens on to the cutting table but they should not enter this value through in the menu for the lens focal distance. 

Lens focal distance should be changed only when a lens is changed or when a new machine is configured and it should be focused to the table. Therefore if a customer/user changes a lens in the field and if they have a cutting table installed they need to remove the cutting table to focus the new lens and to enter the new focal distance into the system.
