We have a fix for the problem, only if the Compressor USB is not detected when you first press the start button.  However, you say that it happens in the middle of the file.  Can you verify, with the customer that this is the truth?  Other customers have never claimed this. They said it only sometimes happens when you press the start button and not in the middle of the file. Then they simply reboot the machine and it works OK again.

 

I need to know, as soon as possible, if it truly has this error somewhere in the middle of the file, or not.

Have you already fix "USB interface trouble for the air-compressor" on XL driver? This  trouble (Compressor USB not detected) was found at Nagumo Plastics and informed from Mr. Naito on April 3rd to you as in the bellow messages. He and Nagumo Plastics are still waiting for solution and a new drive/ROM. Lately Mr. Nagumo runs XL-9200 for their laser processing onto larger plastic materials for their business. However, sometimes this trouble happens and he must discard expensive plastic materials often because troubles happen during the midst of laser processing before completion. He could not resume process after the stop. He loses money because expensive larger plastic materials that he adds laser processing to could not be use again after this trouble. Mr. Nagumo complains and irritates for this incidents, Naito-san and YS sales persons explain to me.

Could you send new XL drive/ROM to Mr. Naito [
naito@ll.em-net.ne.jp ] of YS (or me) to fix this trouble now? We must hurry up to replace drive/ROM if possible now, or provide some means to fix temporarily if trouble is not fixed basically yet, as the customer is getting angry to this trouble.

I was given one more question from Mr.Nagumo. He has experienced to see

ERROR message "Compressor USB not detected" on the XL-9200 panel on some

engraving data file. He did power off and on, this error was disappeared.

 

I found the next description in the manual.

I understand this description, I think the USB interface maybe not stable.
